Refund Policy

1. Return period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund. This applies to all orders placed through expelmotioner.shop. This right of withdrawal is consistent with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and is extended as a courtesy to all customers globally.
2. Eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and unopened in its original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- You must contact us before returning the product.
We cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or not as described.
3. How to initiate a return
Email info@expelmotioner.shop with your name, phone number and reason for return within the 14-day window. We will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
4. Refund process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (cash on delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer to details you provide).
5. Non-returnable items
- Opened or used supplement products.
- Products returned after the 14-day window (unless defective).
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
6. Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
